I’ve read through the FAQ and I haven’t found an answer to my question. How do I contact Foodoro?
- Most of us who work at Foodoro love to cook or garden, but we don’t actually make or sell our own food items. The products that you order through our site are shipped directly from Foodmakers. This way, you get the freshest and widest variety of products.
- You may be able to find Foodmakers’ products at a store near you. Go to the Store Locator link on the Foodmaker’s storefront and enter your location.
- If you’re looking for a specific product, make sure to call the store to make sure they carry it!
- Tags are words or short phrases that describe a product. Foodoro uses them to help you browse products by categories, flavors, sizes, special needs, etc. You can find them on each product page, product search results and storefronts.
- We don’t want tagging to get out of hand. Tags are carefully chosen by the Foodmaker and us to make sure they are as useful as possible.
- If you think of a great idea for a tag, just email us at feedback@foodoro.com and let us know!
- Go to the bottom of the page for the product you’d like to review, and click on “Write your own review” (you’ll have to log in to do this).
- If you’re writing your first review on Foodoro and you haven’t made a purchase yet, we’ll ask you to recognize some weird-looking letters (a.k.a. CAPTCHA) to make sure that you’re a human being and not some Internet bot writing spam. You’ll only have to do this once.
- Sorry, we don’t have site-wide gift certificates at this time.
- We use secure socket layer (SSL) software, which encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as information travels over the Internet. SSL is the industry standard for transmitting secure commerce transactions.
- Foodoro accepts the following credit cards as payment for orders: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
- Welcome to Foodoro! Anyone is welcome to browse around the site and add products to the Cart. You will need to register with a valid email address in order to check out and complete the purchase process.
- In order to buy a product, you must be over the age of 18 or have parental permission or supervision.
- Registering for an account allows Foodoro and our Foodmakers communicate with you and lets you easily manage all of your orders. Also, creating an account can make future orders much more convenient, because you can store things like your shipping address.
- All you need is a valid email address. It takes just a few seconds to create an account!
- On Foodoro, you buy items directly from Foodmakers, so you will receive separate shipments from each Foodmaker. Items from different Foodmakers can be grouped into one order, and only one charge will appear on your credit card statement.
- Please note that you must abide by any special shipping policies set by each Foodmaker. For instance, Foodmakers may only ship one day per week. Please read the shipping information for your purchases carefully.
- Absolutely! As long as all the products are going to the same shipping address, you can buy from as many different Foodmakers as you want in one order.
- Unfortunately, you can’t ship to multiple addresses within one order. You’ll have to create separate orders for each shipping address.
- You can purchase products and pay Foodmakers quickly and easily on our site. You only have to make one payment per order, no matter how many different Foodmakers you’re buying from—Foodoro will take care of the rest.
- Foodoro currently accepts all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

- Your satisfaction is our top priority—we want you to feel confident about your purchase with Foodoro. You are covered with two levels of customer service:
- First, you can contact Foodmakers directly to resolve your problem quickly. Go to Purchase History within Your Account page and click on the Order ID number. You’ll see an email address link for every Foodmaker that you’ve bought from.
- Second, you can always email Foodoro at orders@foodoro.com or call us at (888) 316-7818, and we will work to resolve your problem quickly.
- Your satisfaction is our top priority—if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Foodoro’s site, we will accept a return for a full refund (including shipping). For certain types of products, you may also exchange unused or unopened items within 30 days of shipment.
- Please email Foodoro at orders@foodoro.com for instructions on how to process the return.
- If there is something wrong with an item that you have already opened, please contact us at orders@foodoro.com immediately for instructions.
- If you would like to cancel an order, please contact the Foodmaker directly. In case your order has already shipped, you may be requested to return the item for a full refund.
- First, log into your account by clicking on sign in in the upper right hand corner of any Foodoro webpage.
- Your name should appear in the same spot once you’ve logged in. For example, if your name is Charlie, it should say “Charlie’s account”. Click on that link to go to Your Account page.
- When you try to log in, you’ll see a link that says “Forgot your password?” Just click on this link and you’ll be given instructions on how to reset your password.
- Go to Purchase History within Your Account page. You’ll see a list of all your orders on this page. Click on any Order ID number to see the details of that order.
- Go to Address Book within Your Account page. Click on the name of any address to edit it or click “Remove” to delete it. If you want to add a new address, click on the “add new address” button.
- We save all shipping addresses to your Address Book automatically—we think it just makes future ordering a bit easier.
- Check your junk mail or spam folder. It may have been caught by an overzealous email filter. To prevent this in the future, you can add orders@foodoro.com and support@foodoro.com to your address book or safe list.
- We love hearing from you! Let us know how we can improve or send us some love by emailing feedback@foodoro.com.
- We also have a big orange Feedback button on the left side of every page of our site. You can click that button and drop us a note immediately.
